Investigation Skills training

Whilst every investigation must be conducted in line with an employer's policies and procedures and within the laws and regulations of the relevant jurisdiction, our extensive experience shows that the Principles and Process of Investigations remain essentially unchanged across industries, cultures and organisations.

The "Investigation Skills" 2 day course will provide those charged with running or assisting in investigations, guidance based on proven industry successes. The training model is minimal classroom instruction, supported by a case study which assigns practical tasks to each stage of the Investigation process.
